Discover prime Modern-Californian cuisine and feast on signatures cooked over orange and lychee wood embers

Fresh off coming in at #9 on the World’s 50 Best Bars and securing a #2 spot in Asia, the Group behind award-winning Jigger & Pony announces the launch of a new Modern-Californian fine dining restaurant in our illustrious Raffles Place district.

The Jigger & Pony Group’s first fine dining concept, Rosemead is named after Executive Chef David Tang’s hometown in California.

Located within a heritage building along Cecil Street, Chef Tang forms a bridge between our culture and his background through a menu that showcases some of his greatest culinary influences from his time in Los Angeles.

Inspired by his fondest memories, Rosemead offers dishes bursting with natural flavours and fresh seasonal tastes, infused with a touch of warm honesty.

Featuring an open hearth kitchen as the restaurant’s centrepiece, Rosemead’s exquisite range of mains are masterfully cooked over orange and lychee wood embers.

Indulge in signatures such as their Slow-Cooked Wagyu Short Rib, Black Truffle & Bone Marrow, Grilled Canary Island Bass, Chioggia Beet & Chermoula, and Embered Heirloom Squash, Pumpkin Seed & Mexican Mole.

Officially opening on 28 Dec – find out more or make your reservations via their site here.
