Coming to Raffles Place is Jigger & Pony Group’s first fine dining restaurant

Fresh off coming in at #9 on the World’s 50 Best Bars and securing a #2 spot in Asia, the Group behind award-winning Jigger & Pony announces the launch of a new Modern-Californian fine dining restaurant in our illustrious Raffles Place district.

The Jigger & Pony Group’s first fine dining concept, Rosemead is named after Executive Chef David Tang’s hometown in California.

Located within a heritage building along Cecil Street, Chef Tang forms a bridge between our culture and his background through a menu that showcases some of his greatest culinary influences from his time in Los Angeles.

Inspired by his fondest memories, Rosemead offers dishes bursting with natural flavours and fresh seasonal tastes, infused with a touch of warm honesty.
