At Crossings Cafe, brunch specials and Western-European plates aren’t the only focus. This dining spot and social enterprise believes in employing youths at risk and the disadvantaged, and channels the profits to charities in Singapore.
On the menu are classic brunch creations such as eggs benedict with smoked bacon ($14) and pancakes drizzled with maple syrup, topped with wild berry compote ($14). Mains are also available, including prawn aglio olio ($14) and a grilled pork and fennel burger ($14).
Desserts on offer are panna cotta ($5), profiteroles ($6) and an iced mango souffle ($7), and there’s a selection of drinks available, from coffee to chilled juices ($3-$5).
