Giving Singaporeans more reason to celebrate this festive season is the city’s newest fine dining restaurant, Caviar – named after the restaurant’s dedication to that widely sought-after delicacy.
Located in Palais Renaissance along the Orchard Road district, Caviar officially opened early this month.
The establishment features 8 varieties of the world’s best caviar, including the prized Kaluga Queen, as well as the Oscietra, Sevruga, and Beluga varieties.
Launching with an exquisite menu that showcases the young team’s finesse in modern European cuisine, they also boast a “zero waste” approach when it comes to fully utilising their ingredients.
With the finest ingredients from around the world, highlights include wild cod from Denmark’s northern coast, cured with kombu kelp and served with leek in plum extract, and their Botan Ebi tartare with sliced water chestnut and Polanco Oscietra caviar.
Equally lavish in taste and style, whet your appetite with snacks like Caviar Toast with royal Oscietra caviar, Caviar Ball Crème Fraiche with Polanco Oscietra caviar, or the simple but truly illustrious pair of Caviar and Uni.
To complete the experience, go for their Lacto-Fermented Cranberry, Almond and Orange Blossom dessert, Sake Lees ice cream with Polanco Siberian caviar, or a selection of Petit Fours with the finest chocolate, truffles, and fruits.
The menu’s indulgent affair is matched by their selection of premium champagnes, wines, and spirits from around the world.
For the discerning gourmet, this is one to look out for.
