From now – 20 Sep, head over to indulge in an Unguided Sake Experience, where you’ll get to discover the world of sake and taste their delicate nuances as you dig into specially curated dishes. On top of that, they’ve also included a slew of delicious new offerings that fans can look forward to.
Located in the heart of bustling Chinatown, the casual Japanese sake bar is filled with alluring pieces of Japanese art and exquisite Japanese fans, inviting diners in with its warm, cosy ambience that shines with an earthy rustic charm. and juicy charcoal grilled yakitori.
Featuring an expansive menu of refreshing Zensai (starters), Kushi-yaki (skewers), Sumi-yaki (charcoal grilled), Age-mono (deep-fried), and Itame (sauté) dishes, the Lair offers a mouthwatering experience to complement an evening of pleasure with them.
New offerings on the menu to look out for include the Tatami Iwashi, Kaizen Salad, Arabiki Soseji, Tebasaki, Tonkatsu, and Tomato Risotto Croquette.
Their signature Kohitsuji Yaki (lamb rack with garlic chips) and Gyu Tataki are also not to be missed. While there, also go for best sellers like their Kaki Ponzu (fresh Hyōgo oysters with citrus dressing) and Shime Saba Aburi (flame-seared cured mackerel).
