Eat all the Michelin stars at this pop-up event

The 20-day pop-up dining event 4XFour is back this November, with a slew of Michelin-starred chefs to cook up a storm. Four chefs cooking four distinct cuisines will take over the F1 Temasek Suite (a space usually reserved for important peeps like ministers).

From Nov 12-Dec 7, chefs like Mads Refslund (two Michelin stars) of Noma and the UK’s Nathan Outlaw (with three Michelin stars) will take turns to host degustation dinners, four-course lunches and champagne brunches. Although it may not come cheap it’s certainly worth the stomach space. Prices for brunch start at $148 for a four-course brunch, while eight-course dinners start at $248.

In terms of the menu, think gastronomic dishes like scallops with frozen buttermilk, cucumber and horseradish by Refslund; cider and seaweed salmon with pickled mushrooms and mushroom pate by Outlaw; frozen red curry with lobster salad by Yde; and pork belly with onions and watercress by Fliegauf.

The chefs will be making staggered appearances on the following dates:

  • Mads Refslund of Noma: Nov 13-16
  • Nathan Outlaw of Restaurant Nathan Outlaw: Nov 18-23
  • Henrik Yde of Kiin Kiin and Sra Bua: Nov 25-30
  • Rolf Fliegauf of Ristorante ECCO: Dec 2-7
