Described as a rich, creamy, and spicy dish with a consistency closer to a thick stew, rendang features bold fork-tender meat in a fragrant spiced coconut milk base. Putting their own twist to the dish, 25 Degrees uses chicken to craft the patty in the Rendang Burger. Marinated in a house-made rendang sauce, cooked down for 48 hours to allow the complex spices and aromas to develop, the patty is an extremely juicy treat.
Complemented by tangy achar and the crunch of papadam, this exclusive offering marries the best of what we find in our favourite burgers, with the familiar tastes that accompany our lives in Singapore.
