Highlights to look forward to at this spectacular extravaganza include longstanding and acclaimed favourites such Chilli Crab Lobster, Black Pepper Lobster, and Steamed Lobster with Golden Garlic Paste and Wine, alongside Lime’s signature Lobster Laksa and Lobster Risotto in Tarragon Cream.
Gourmands also get to enjoy the crustacean’s fresh flavours from the seafood bar’s Lobsters on ice, as well as Lobster Cocktail and Spicy Lobster Mango Skewers from service ambassadors who’ll be moving from table to table.
Alternatively, savour the robust harmony of smoky charred flavours and oceanic notes from the al fresco barbecue live station, with unlimited servings of chargrilled lobsters with Hollandaise, BBQ Smoked Hickory, or Spicy Avocado sauce.
