Featuring locally sourced ingredients and fresh herbs from Chef’s own herb garden, the new menu showcases old-school culinary techniques and innovative farm-to-table creations

Quietly tucked along the Singapore River, La Belle Epoque is a Modern European restaurant and bar that boasts idyllic vibes against the scenic views of our Bay area.

French for “the golden age”, La Belle Epoque specialises in thoughtful farm-to-table creations prepared with heart and passion. Using fresh ingredients from local markets and herbs from Head Chef Firdauz Nasir’s very own herb garden, the restaurant serves up tantalising contemporary European fare for diners as they immerse in stunning river views.

 

 

Announcing a new à la carte menu that highlights natural herbs and ingredients, the new culinary masterpieces employ old-school techniques to showcase the flavour profiles of organic ingredients, further enhanced by their bar team’s innovative concoctions.

 

 

Delicious offerings from the Chef’s Garden selections include the unique Truffle Potato Chips, with crispy blue potatoes, white truffle oil, and lemon maldon sea salt, Fig & Peach, where grilled peach is accompanied by taleggio cheese and yuzu dressing, Barbabietole, marrying roasted beetroot and beetroot purée with burrata cheese and baby spinach, and Cauliflower Steak, featuring purple pommes potato and an assortment of other greens with smoked cauliflower.

 

 

Seafood aficionados will enjoy highlights like their Sea Bream Ceviche, Oyster & Iberico, Butter Beer Mussels, and Crusted Tuna.

Flavourful and wholesome farm-to-table mains include the Canard du Ciel with seared foie gras and pommes yam, Agnello Con Fico – grilled lamb shoulder with rosemary au jus and grilled fig salad – and Smoked Pork Belly with roasted peach, pork velouté, and pork chicharron.

 

 

La Belle Epoque’s extensive list of delectable creations not to be missed also include Fresh Focaccia Sourdough and Herb Butter, which features fresh sourdough specially prepared by Chef Firdauz, colourful Signature Cocktails that come in shades of gold, silver, or even pink, and decadent artisanal desserts such as Chocolate Mousse Cake made with Valrhona dark chocolate and savoiardi biscuit with orange segment and thyme.
