Spoilt for choice with an ever-growing local culinary scene, we have become increasingly conscious about the food we take on a daily basis. Yet, for our love of fine grub, a big concern for many of us is the price tag that comes with them.
Fortunately for us, Meat & Greet Collective has answered that call, dedicating themselves to offering gourmet meats and handmade pasta at affordable prices.
Co-founded by two passion-driven like-minded chefs, Meat & Greet Collective’s dishes have been diligently perfected over the years.
Bringing with them years of culinary experience from working in notable restaurants prior to founding this cloud kitchen, Chef Tim and Chef Kieran managed to rise above the hardships that came their way, having opened their first storefront a month before the pandemic’s Circuit Breaker kicked in.
Presenting an authentic Southern barbecue experience, highlights on the Meat & Greet menu include Baby Back Riblets, which are slow-cooked for 12 hours before being coated with homemade tangy and smoky BBQ glaze, the uniquely Japanese Smoked Yakitori Chicken Leg, and their fork-tender Braised Beef Cheek, which are put through a 13-hour slow-cooking process.
Paying homage to Singapore whilst displaying an innovative challenge to culinary conventions, their Otah Sandwich boasts a homemade blend of squid, prawn, spice and aromatics, wedged between perfectly grilled traditional soft white bread.
The new Smoked Salmon Sandwich is also not to be missed, featuring a bold combination of salmon, cured and smoked in-house, with lime crema and green apples.
Winning unanimous praises from fans and foodies alike, don’t miss out on their range of delectable handmade pastas, offered under the subsidiary PityPartyPasta.
Brilliantly marrying textures and flavours, indulge in highlights such as the French-Italian Duck Pasta, showcasing creamy handmade fettuccine paired with tender shredded duck meat prepared in confit, and the full-bodied Squid ink Pasta, featuring handmade squid ink tagliolini simmered in umami-rich seafood broth and aromatic homemade coconut wine.
