Hawker Chan
Founded by Chan Hong Meng, Hawker Chan’s delicious soy sauce chicken dishes quickly rose to international fame when it was included in Michelin’s first-ever guide to Singapore in 2016. Among a list of delicious options, diners will still get to taste their signature Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle and Duck Drumstick with Noodle at NOMSTAR.
Mrs Pho
The brand takes Vietnamese traditions to a whole new level with elevated variations that include Premium Short Rib Pho and Wagyu Pho. Mrs Pho also fires up the grill to offer skewers of delicious seafood, mushrooms, and cauliflowers – bites best paired with a pint.
Thai Lae Dee (by Took Lae Dee)
Helmed by Took Lae Dee – or “cheap and good” when literally translated – one of Bangkok’s most famous 24-hour restaurant chains, this new offshoot presents authentic staples like Pad Kaprow, Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup, and Green Curry, while boasting no pork or lard in their dishes served at NOMSTAR.
Tim Ho Wan
Satisfy your dim sum cravings with this world-famous Hong Kong dim sum specialist. Bringing their irresistible treats to Punggol, Tim Ho Wan’s signature dishes include Pan-fried Radish Cake, BBQ Pork Rice Rolls, Steamed Sponge Cake, and Baked BBQ Pork Buns, a perennial fan-favourite.
Tsuta
Otherwise known as the first ramen restaurant in the world to receive the coveted Michelin Star, Tsuta serves up consistent bowls of umami-rich broths and chewy ramen. If you’re unsure, we highly recommend their Tonkotsu Soba, a classic fail-proof choice.
