Help yourself to elevated renditions of Singapore’s time-tested favourites, such as Crispy Cheong Fun with Soft Shell Chilli Crab and White Crab Bee Hoon with Chinese wine. Then follow up with the Lobster Thermidor, cooked in a rich wine sauce and topped with an oven-browned cheese crust, or a bowl of creamy Crab and Lobster Bisque. Of course, it’s never a feast on crabs in Singapore without some Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab.



Over at the cold corner is where you’ll find a world-class sushi and sashimi selection. At the Seafood Bar, take your pick of the freshest seafood on ice, including Maine Lobster and Snow Crab Legs.


This season, diners also get to elevate the mood with some bubblies and complement their feast with free-flow tipples that include house reds, whites, rosé, and Singapore Craft Lager from local brewery Trouble Brewing.
