Best known for their award-winning pastries and international cuisine, the renowned buffet restaurant adds a generous helping of chocolate into the mix to present diners with a one-of-a-kind Chocolate Dinner

 

 

More than just a new dessert or sweet treats on the menu, recalibrate your understanding of the bittersweet ingredient at Melt Café from now to Jul 24 as they incorporate it into savoury stews, pasta dishes, meats, poultry, and more.

A creative nod to the ingredient’s versatility, the restaurant explores chocolate’s savoury side with dishes like Chinese Fried Dough Sticks served with a Chocolate Soup, Cocoa-Rubbed Oven-Baked Atlantic Salmon, as well as Savoury Chocolate Barbecue Chicken. There’s also a Crispy Pork Loin with Chocolate Balsamic Sauce and Pasta with Savoury White Chocolate Cream Sauce.

 

 

Onto sweeter notes, highlights include the Dulcey Chocolate Salted Caramel Baked Cheesecake and Valrhona Yuzu Chocolate Sable with Citrus Zesty Italian Meringue. Their Double Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding with Amaretto Sabayon, served with optional chocolate sauce and nuts for added texture and crunch, is also one not to be missed.
