Fairmont Singapore recently launched Japanese restaurant Mikuni, that sits where Inagiku once did.
Make a date to check out the establishment which houses a live robatayaki station, a teppanyaki counter and even a sake bar. At its helm is Korean executive chef Moon Kyung Soo, who’s responsible for Mikuni’s signature mushroom soup ($28) served in a siphon.
