Dragon Boat Festival takes place on June 23 this year, and you’ll want to get your hands on some carb-heavy yet oh-so-worth-it rice dumpling renditions soon.
Fairmont Singapore’s Szechuan Court has put forward some great versions including stewed pork trotter dumplings ($48), as well as faves like Gong Bao chicken ($38). There’s also an organic brown rice vegetarian one for the meat-averse with soy bean curd, flower mushrooms and gingko nuts ($38).
