In this video, we check out the Chef’s Table Omakase, which features dishes like the Shimofuri Wagyu Sashimi Negimaki (thinly-sliced beef with leek, gold leaf and three types of Japanese spices), the incredible bamboo-steamed beef with ponzu sauce that is the Seiro Mushi, and Zabuton Grill, a plate of tender and fragrant charcoal-grilled chuck flap.
