Just for the evening, Radalj has created four new concoctions such as Ol’ Sheriff Garrett and The Leap of Faith. The former is a homage to Lincoln County, New Mexico’s sheriff/bartender Patrick Garrett, best known for killing legendary outlaw Billy the Kid, made with Bulleit bourbon, apricot brandy, maple syrup and pink peppercorns.
