For those of you who’d like a taste of some authentic Finnish fare, head down to Gordon Grill from Jun 4-11. Guest chef Kim Palhus has created a four-course set lunch ($58) and sixcourse degustation dinner menu ($98) which includes junipermarinated reindeer tenderloin with wild mushroom salad and blini-style buckwheat brioche with salmon trout roe, beetrootfresh cheese mousse and red onion jam.
