Four restaurants launch new menus: Alkaff Mansion, Brasserie Les Saveurs, Fern & Kiwi and Skyve

Four restaurants have just launched new menus: Alkaff Mansion Ristorante, Brasserie Les Saveurs, Fern & Kiwi and Skyve.

Alkaff Mansion has revamped its brunch offerings with items like banana hot cakes ($8.80) and Italian omelette ($8.80). Brasserie Les Saveurs has a new chef Antoine Bonnet who has put out a menu with a greater emphasis on French classics like foie gras poele ($25) and salad nicoise ($36).

Over at Skyve, freshly minted executive chef Jachin Tan is presenting new selection of bar bites like trio of ceviche ($22)—tuna, salmon and yellowtail—char-grilled beef skewers ($16), plus dengaku prawns ($14), miso-marinated tiger prawn skewers. And Fern & Kiwi’s latest menu includes New Zealand kumara salad ($22), southern ocean chowder ($22) and the Canterbury Plains rack of lamb ($52). Read More
