If you’ve yet to sample Zhejiang cuisine, then be sure to head down to Four Seasons Hotel’s Jiang-Nan Chun, which is hosting guest chef Wang Yong from Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou till July 27.
Look forward to dishes such as pyramid braised soy pork served with pumpkin bun ($36) and marinated yam with preserved plums ($8). Be sure to try other classics including Beggar Chicken ($44), filled with bamboo shoots and ginseng, and sautéed river shrimp with Longjing tea ($38).
