A new French bistro Au Chocolat has just opened at Singapore attraction Marina Bay Sands.
Au Chocolat offers a range of items such as French onion soup ($14), croque monsieur ($16) and duck confit ($27). You’ll also find a range of sweet and savory crêpes (from $16), as well as all-day breakfast goods like Au Chocolat Benedict ($18) drizzled with an unusual red wine- and chocolate-spike hollandaise sauce.
But the real highlights here are the sweet treats, which you can buy to go at the retail section, or indulge in at the bistro including signatures like profiteroles in chocolate soup ($15). If you’re feeling especially hot from the sweltering heat, take on the Gelato Frenzy ($99.90), 24 scoops of gelato topped with fudge and whipped cream.
