Just a few days after we announced that modern Singaporean bistro Wok & Barrel would be closed come March, it seems French fine dining restaurant Saint Pierre will be joining them, with its last day of business being February 28.
In the meantime, it’s business as usual at owner and executive chef Emmanuel Stroobant’s flagship establishment; ideal if you’re after a fancy French meal.
They’ll be offering a Chinese New Year menu for the month of February, as well as a nine-course Valentine’s Day menu on February 14 ($188, including coffee/tea). There’s also a six-course Tuscany Wine Dinner ($138) slated for February 27, with dishes such as chili crab ravioli with grilled baby octopus served alongside Mazzei Zisola Sicilia 2008.
