Good news for herbivores. Two-week-old vegetarian eatery Beets doesn’t just offer the usual soup and salad options, you can also look forward to dishes like breaded portobello mushrooms stuffed with aubergine caviar ($23) and wild mushroom risotto scented with truffle oil ($22).
Right beside it is the newest Carnivore outlet (just in case you change your mind about the whole vegetarian thing), with plans for Addictions Café and The Still Bar to open in the same building by mid-March.
