More good (foodie) news—there’s a hot new spot in town in the form of Kookaburra Restaurant & Gastrobar that’s thrown open its doors at Singapore’s Albert Court just last weekend.
Aside from dishes like crispy soft shell crab with green papaya-fennel slaw ($16) and duck leg and goose rillettes ($18), you can also look forward to char-grilled rump steak and baked bone marrow topped with a dollop of escargot Café de Paris butter ($30), care of chef Roland Graham.
They’ve also got an all-day breakfast menu sporting items such as pancakes with caramelized apples, pork belly and rhubarb cinnamon ice cream ($22) and The Kookaburra ($22), ideal for late risers.
