Debuting in Singapore is a new platform for emerging chefs and cuisines, Gastrogig, which will run a pop-up restaurant on the Sime Darby Centre rooftop from August 30-September 1.
Grab some friends and join chef Henrique Sá Pessoa of alma for a Portuguese dinner at the end of the month, while September 6-8 will see The Goose Station’s chef-owner Roberto Pengson whip up Filipino creations. Both dinners also feature wine pairings and will set you back $217.
For those who want to get in on the action, the good folks have also partnered up with ToTT to host cooking classes ($187) with Pessoa (Aug 30-31) and Pengson (Sep 7).
