If you missed Gastrogig’s pop-up restaurant debut in August at Sime Darby Centre, then you might want to book yourself a spot for their upcoming instalments pronto.
This time, the location is set for Kreta Ayer Square (2 Banda St.) in Chinatown. November 15-17 sees Will Meyrick, chef and owner of acclaimed restaurants Sarong and Mama San, whip up Southeast Asian dishes (from $217), while November 22-24 welcomes Peeter Pihel from award-winning Padeste Manor in Estonia, so look forward to Nordic Islands fare (from $287).
For those who want to get in on the action, both Meyrick (Nov 17; $187) and Pihel (Nov 24; $247) will also be conducting cooking classes.
