Die-hard fans of the brand will be thrilled to learn that the star of their new menu is yet another seminal Golden Pillow creation: the Golden Pillow Thai Green Curry Chicken Bun. A first-of-its-kind in Singapore, this bundle of mouth-watering joy brings us back to our sorely missed Thailand with its mildly spicy flavour and distinct fragrance.
Made with Thai green chillies, lemongrass, coriander, Thai basil leaves, galangal, coconut milk, fish sauce, and other iconic ingredients used in curry from the Land of Smiles, its tender boneless chicken thigh is cooked in the curry itself to absorb its essence and flavours, before they are finally put to bake within Golden Pillow 933’s signature loaf.
Other highlights on the new menu include their Salt Baked Ginseng French Poulet (Chicken), Nonya Assam Udang (Prawns) with Petai, and Signature Dry Kampung Laksa.
