A whole decade; it’s been 10 years since the opening of New York-style steak stalwart Bedrock Bar & Grill, and in celebration with them, we’re throwing a 10-course steak dinner party on Oct 22 filled with all the signature eats the steakhouse has been known for the past many years.
Start with appetisers like jamon and smoked tomato soup, before feasting on more decadent delights like the bone marrow croquette with caviar. Then move on to the highlights of the dinner and indulge in fine cuts of US grain-fed ribeye served with whisky mustard, wagyu ribeye served with balsamic onion marmalade, and more. End on a sweet note with Bedrock’s signature apple crumble and their classic creme brulee.
