As part of their yearly tradition, Chinese Executive Chef Liu Ching Hai and his award-winning team have crafted specials exclusively to welcome the Year of the Tiger. From intimate reunions with your family to grand feasts with business associates, Summer Palace presents an elaborate range of exquisite offerings fit for all occasions.

 

 

Debuting this year is the ultra-luxe Grand Dynasty Menu. Priced at an auspicious $8,888, indulge in a feast fit for royalty. Showcasing the most premium ingredients and personally presided over by Executive Chef Liu in Summer Palace’s Pearl private room, expect to taste the likes of Cordyceps priced upwards of $5,000 per 100 grams, grade 5A Bird’s Nests, sashimi-grade Alaskan Geoduck, apple wood-smoked Foie Gras, and Pacific Garoupa in a lavish 10-course menu paired with delicate 30 years-aged Pu Er tea.

 

 

Offering 8 different options to enjoy your Yu Sheng this year, their Prosperity Toss features everything from the traditional smoked Salmon to unique combinations of Jellyfish with Roselle, Alaskan Geoduck and fish roe, or a vegetarian Purple Cauliflower with Lily Bulbs.

Highlights from their CNY set menus include staples such as their fancy Pen Cai, Bi Feng Tang-style Roasted Crispy Chicken, and Braised South African Abalone with Supreme Oyster Sauce.

 

 

For those who wish to experience Summer Palace from home, they also offer three takeaway sets this CNY, elegantly presented in red lacquer tiffins (tingkats) that are both aesthetic and convenient on the dining table.

Included for takeaway are stars like the Hong Kong-style Steamed Live Pearl Garoupa, Smoked Chicken with Jasmine Tea Leaves, Stir-fried Lobster with Superior Stock, and Stir-fried Diced Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper and Asparagus.
