Known for their gourmet spread of international flavours, local heritage, and authentic Peranakan dishes, Ellenborough Market Café’s unparalleled experience is back for another season of irresistible, mouth-watering indulgence.

From now till Oct 30, head over for their exclusive Beef and Foie Gras Buffet Dinner, available every Friday to Sunday from 6.30pm to 10pm.

Shining a spotlight on some of the most distinct Western flavours this season, the team at Ellenborough Market Café masterfully marries them with time-tested Asian fare for a truly unique culinary experience.

 

 

Look forward to exclusive dishes such as Foie Gras Char Kway Teow, Foie Gras Fried Rice, Wok-Fried Asparagus and Foie Gras with XO Sauce, and Fried Bean Curd with Braised Szechuan Vegetables and Foie Gras.

Fans of beef are in for a treat with offerings like Wok-Fried Ginger and Scallion Beef, Slow-Braised Beef, and Beef Red Curry and Eggplant.

The adventure doesn’t end there though: Their extensive spread features highlights like Duck Rillettes and Foie Gras Pâté, Braised Five-Spice Beef Shank Terrine, juicy Tomahawk steaks at the Carving Station, and delicious Grilled Foie Gras served with berries compote at the Live Station.

 

 

For a full foodie affair, don’t forget to dig into Ellenborough Market Café’s delectable signatures such as Korean Cold Noodles in Chilled Broth and Lady’s Finger with Chilli Paste for appetisers, fresh Salmon, Tuna, and Octopus sashimi, the must-have Singaporean Rojak, and a rotation of Sea Bream, Stingray, and Barramundi served with their homemade signature sauce.

Other mainstays to look forward to include the ever-popular Rock Lobster with Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce, Teochew Braised Duck, Homemade Otak-Otak with Coconut Dressing, and – of course – Peranakan classics like Ayam Buah Keluak and Babi Pongteh. Carbs on the menu include the essential Singapore Laksa with Prawn, a special Salted Egg Pasta with Bird’s Eye Chilli, and Beef Bolognese Pasta for this season.

 

 

Before the evening ends, round off your beef and foie gras treat with the limited-time Foie Gras Brulée. Then complete your experience at Ellenborough Market Café with their famous Durian Pengat dessert.

For something lighter on the palate to round off the meal, go for their refreshing Wild Berry Yoghurt Gateau and Lychee Raspberry Mousse, or sweeten the night with some Sweet Dark Cherry Crumble and that decadent Triple Chocolate Cake.
