House On The Moon charges forward with bold new dessert-dining concept

Found in the newly refurbished GR.iD mall, House On The Moon adds new colours to our local F&B scene by pushing the boundaries of culinary traditions with visually stunning creations, teasing your palate with unexpected flavours.

Brilliantly ahead of his time, Chef-Owner Hüseyin Turan presents a menu that can best be described as haute dessert dining.

Debunking the notion that desserts are the last course of a meal, House On The Moon demonstrates that multi-course meals can be curated with desserts in mind. Expect a full dining experience filled with colours, aesthetics, and a dishes made with ingredients and techniques normally reserved for desserts.

Their creations engage a full spectrum of tastes and sensory pleasures, breaking beyond the usual notes of “sweet”, “savoury”, “warm”, or “cold”.

Choose between their 5-course and 7-course Haute Dessert Dining sets, featuring highlights like the Cauliflower Couscous, Spiced Semolina Dumpling, and Chef Hüseyin’s own featured dessert.

The Cauliflower Couscous presents cauliflower as a couscous, accompanied by jellified cream of cauliflower, parsley oil, then topped with tangerine sorbet and a sourdough cracker. If you’re craving for a more savoury touch, you may opt to replace the tangerine sorbet with a juicy scallop.

Their Spiced Semolina Dumpling is flavoured with ras-el hanout – an earthy middle eastern mix of spices – then served with mango, passionfruit, and coconut cream.

The culinary adventure at House On The Moon also features conceptual desserts, like the Blue Moon, that are regularly reinvented and changed. So drop by this creative and exceptionally imaginative dessert-dining bar for an experience we guarantee you’ve not had before.
