Celebrating National Day month, the seasonal buffet features a mouth-watering spread of local flavours, new seafood on ice, whole stingrays, laksa mussels, and so much more

Renowned for serving up one of the most sumptuous spread of authentic Peranakan flavours alongside a stellar array of Asian and International dishes by the Singapore River, Ellenborough Market Café presents an extravagant Singapore Seafood Buffet this month, the latest of their exquisite seasonal offerings celebrating the month of our National Day.

 

 

Available every Friday to Sunday this month, the extensive spread features some of the best crustaceans, fresh seafood, mollusks, and familiar – almost nostalgic – Singaporean delights for you to feast on with friends and family.

Highlights of the Singapore Seafood Buffet include lush appetisers such as the Poached Whole Salmon in Court-Bouillon, presented with sour cream and three other types of mustard to suit your fancy, and the truly Singaporean Oyster Omelette, packed with all the flavour, not too oily, and oh-so-good with that spoonful of sambal.

 

 

Specially for this season, find new additions of Mangrove Crabs, Queen Crab Legs, Half-Shell Scallops, and Crayfish at their Seafood on Ice station. Or take a half-time break from all that epicurean goodness with some soothing Bak Kut Teh and slurps of Herbal Clams.

For the main stars of your meal, the Singapore Seafood Buffet boasts a rotation of three full-sized fishes, including the highly-coveted Stingray, grilled to juicy perfection and paired with Ellenborough Market Café’s special homemade sambal, Barramundi, and Seabream.

Carb lovers will enjoy the hearty Hokkien Prawn Mee and Laksa paired with fried soft-shell prawn. For other special locally-inspired delicacies, look out for those Laksa Mussels, Kam Heong Sea Snails, and delicate Wok-Fried Horn Shells with Basil and Thai Chilli.
