Marina Bay Financial Centre is all set to welcome 300-seat international market-restaurant Foodology (#02-07/08/09 Marina Bay Link Mall Tower 3, 12 Marina Boulevard.), slated to throw open its doors in the third week of January 2013.
Courtesy of the same folks who brought you Lucky 13 and The Royal Mail, Foodology’s selection of Western and Asian fare will be made with world-class equipment used in Michelin-starred establishments worldwide. Goods from the Grills & Burgers section will use the famed Spanish Josper Grill, found in the kitchens of chefs like Gordon Ramsay, while pizzas will be baked in a Wood Stone Pizza Oven, used by culinary heavyweights such as Wolfgang Puck.
By night, the space will evolve into a relaxed bar and dinner concept.
