If you’ve been kicking yourself about missing Michelin-starred Jason Atherton of London’s Pollen Street Social when he was in town to launch tapas bar Esquina back in December, then be sure to mark your calendar.
Atherton will be making a special appearance on March 23 and 24 to lead dinner service, so catch the man himself in action as he introduces fresh items to Esquina’s repertoire including veal sweetbread-foie gras empanada and saffron-scented squid-red pepper paella, and for dessert, mini sangria ice cream pops.
