KEK Seafood opens in the East with brand new dishes

Having faithfully served generations of Singaporeans heart-warming, unforgettable meals for the past 5 decades, KEK Seafood – short for Keng Eng Kee Seafood – proudly brings their delicious zichar offerings to the East with the opening of a new outlet at SAFRA Tampines.

From its humble beginnings as a small hawker stall at Old Havelock Road in the 1970s, the homegrown family-run Chinese eatery has since garnered much recognition and a huge following of foodies with their authentic flavours and constantly innovating dishes.

Now helmed and run by third-generation owners, KEK Seafood continues to stay true to the brand’s roots, offering quintessential and humbly good Singaporean zichar dishes, while simultaneously seeking new ways to elevate their culinary offerings.

With the opening of the new outlet also comes the premiere of a fresh menu, featuring brand new items on top of their beloved signature dishes. Exclusively available at KEK Seafood SAFRA Tampines, look forward to new items like Claypot Premium Collagen Soup, a collagen-rich soup with generous slices of pig’s stomach, fish maw, and dried beancurd, naturally sweetened with Chinese cabbage and wolfberries, Claypot Pig Liver with Rice, and Claypot Braised Duck with Yam, made using a family recipe that’s been passed down for three generations.

For fans in the East, familiar favourites such as their Signature Moonlight Horfun – a dish that’s become synonymous with KEK – and Coffee Pork Ribs, marinated to the bone with a caramelised coffee sauce, are also available.
