Thanksgiving may be an American holiday, but that’s not stopping us indulging in some last-minute festive fun. Mod-fusion restaurant Kilo is hosting Dancegiving (tonight from 6pm), a music and food event that’s a follow-up to their Cooking Beats sessions, held earlier this year.
Executive chef Manel Valero puts together a 10-course menu of East-West plates like Thai-style roasted turkey, roasted duck and nam yam pomelo salad, pig head terrine and pumpkin and Thai tea pie (from $70 per person). And if you’re not too stuffed after dinner, troop right up to Kilo Lounge to shake off those calories, to the tunes of DJs Shellsuit and Dave Code.
