La Cuisson now open on Prinsep Street

Coffee shop stall turned restaurant Le Cuisson has gone through a major revamp and is now known as La Cuisson.

Located on Prinsep Street, the French eatery is run by Kenneth Lin (formerly trained at Marina Bay Sand’s db Bistro Moderne), who puts out creations like foie gras terrine with dried fruits ($20), mains such as coq au vin ($26), and various Angus beef cuts (from $26).

Classic French plates aside, other items on offer include sous vide ox tongue salad ($16) and blue swimmer crab salad ($14). Desserts are also available; try the dark chocolate ganache ($13) or strawberry mille feuille ($15).

Drink wise, there’s a range of old world and new world reds to choose from (from $52 per bottle), as well as a small variety of cocktails (from $12).
