If you’ve yet to make a trip to L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, we’ve got the perfect excuse for you: the good folk have just introduced Sunday lunch.
The restaurant will be offering three- ($49), four- ($68) and five- ($87) course sets from noon to 2pm every Sunday; all include coffee/tea.
Choose from starters such as swordfish tartare with spicy tomato coulis or chilled cauliflower velouté with curry oil, and mains including piquillo peppers with salt codfish brandade and romesco sauce, and baby squid with black risotto.
To end, desserts like Les Caraïbes (coconut cloud with rum granite and banana passion fruit crémeux) and La Framboise (raspberries on a sablé breton with pistachio ice cream) should do the trick.
