Laurent Peugeot and Loic Villemin to make an appearance at LP+Tetsu from March 13-16

Yet to pay LP+Tetsu a visit? We’ve got the perfect excuse for you. Celeb chef Laurent Peugeot and Michelin-starred chef Loic Villemin will be presenting a special Black and White Menu from March 13-16.

Look forward to a 10-course dinner ($178) featuring contrasting-colored recipes centered on five core ingredients: scallops, king crab, red mullet, pigeon and parsnip.

Peugeot will be serving five black dishes such as scallop confit with liquorice and caviar, and parsnip with grilled chestnut, while Loic will be dishing out five white plates including scallop cannelloni with jasmine, and parsnip with white chocolate and white tea.

There are also two wine pairing options, with tipples such as Saint-Aubin “Les Cortons” Domain Roux Pere Et Fils 2008 ($60 supplement) or Echezeaux Grand Cru Domain De La Romanee Conti 2001 ($422 supplement).
