LÈ Restaurant and Asian Tapas Bar is now open at Suntec City Mall serving Asian-inspred small plates.
A project by the Paradise Group, the establishment offers tapas like mantou burger with braised beef ($16), mod sin recipes such as cream of bak kut teh ($12) as well as more filling dishes including stir-fried angel hair pasta with Japanese dried ebi (from $28).
To wash it down, there are fresh cocktails like Cherry for the Geisha ($22), a mix of sake, cherry liqueur and prosecco, plus Silky Road in Summer ($22) a warming mug of ginger milk spiked with rum.
The swanky eating spot is outfitted with cool Asian elements and the dining room centrepiece is a large resin Buddha statue. Nightly, the place also offers a theatrical closing ceremony (chefs in the open kitchen take a bow and as a curtain comes down).
