Seems yet another celeb chef has decided to go the Spanish route as Australian chef and restaurateur Luke Mangan is poised to open his second Singapore offering; his first being Salt grill in ION Orchard.
Originally slated for an end of the month opening, Salt tapas & bar is now set to throw open its doors on April 9, with the man himself expected to make an appearance for its launch.
“Salt tapas will offer the same high standards as with Salt grill, but a more relaxed feel and lots of Spanish influences. I’ve even created my own take on a Sangria recipe!” says Mangan.
This comes just a few months after Briton Jason Atherton launched tapas joint Esquina in December last year.
