Luke Mangan in Singapore for the official launch of Salt tapas & bar

Here’s an exciting nugget. Aussie chef and restaurateur Luke Mangan will be in town next week to officially launch his second offering in Singapore, Salt tapas & bar.
Back in March, we told you about Mangan’s plans for his latest. While we didn’t have much information about it then, we’ve since popped by to check out this hot arrival on the scene which soft opened on April 9.
The establishment boasts staples including charcuterie (from $9) and char-grilled ibérico pork loin ($27), as well as Mangan’s very own red sangria recipe (from $16).
It joins Michelin-starred Atherton’s Esquina in Chinatown and indie spot FoodBar DaDa in Robertson Quay, proving that the Spanish food trend here is anything but dead.
