Marina Bay Sands’ Epicurean Market to debut January 25 to 27, 2013 in Singapore

If you’re a foodie, then be sure to catch the debut of gourmet food and wine appreciation event Epicurean Market at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.

Happening over the course of three days (Jan 25-27), it offers visitors a chance to sample food from a whopping 80 establishments including CUT, db Bistro Moderne, Guy Savoy, Waku Ghin and Sky on 57, as well as Au Chocolat, Caffé B, Hide Yamamoto, KU DÉ TA and Punjab Grill by Jiggs Kalra.

Look forward to wine tastings from vinos around the world, a live oyster bar, as well as demonstrations and master classes.

As a real bonus, there will also be appearances by celebrity chefs Daniel Boulud of db Bistro Moderne, Waku Ghin’s Tetsuya Wakuda, Justin Quek (Sky on 57) and Nancy Silverton (Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza)
