The Screening Room presents “La Sal Grill” a new menu designed by Culinary Director/ Executive Chef Samia Ahad and Chef de Cuisine Andy Lau. Chefs Lau and Samia have reworked Screening Room’s novel 5-format menu, and added exciting new items, while maintaining its signature dishes and commitment to using only the very freshest of ingredients. Notable favorites from the new menu includes Mediterranean platters such as garlic flavored shrimp and Greek spanakopita; hake with a crispy potato crust and herbed coalfish with spiced potatoes.
