Moosehead, a Mediterranean dining spot run by father-and-son team Glen and Daniel Ballis, is the newest addition to Telok Ayer Street.
The cozy 40-seater serves up small plates like char grilled asparagus with garlic miso dressing ($14), scrambled eggs, smoked mushrooms and black summer truffle ($18), plus stewed baby calamari with sautéed fava beans ($14). There are also sweets like pistachio tart with créme fraiche ($10) to close the meal.
Just last week, they also launched a lunch menu with simple recipes such as pulled pork sandwich, homemade coleslaw and caramelized onion ($18).
