The next celeb chef to grace our shores is Michelin-starred Italian chef Igor Macchia of Piedmont’s La Credenza, who will be at The St. Regis Singapore from May 2-6.
If you’re keen on sampling some of Macchia’s expertly-crafted modern Italian fare, then be sure to head to LaBrezza, where three-course set lunches ($58; $78 with wine pairing) and four-course set dinners ($88; $128 with wine pairing) will be available from May 2-5.
A big wine fan? Then spring for a six-course degustation wine dinner ($198), featuring chef Macchia’s creations paired with Frescobaldi wines from Tuscany. The event will be personally hosted by Marquis Ferdinando de’ Frescobaldi, President of Compagnia dè Frescobaldi, and takes place on May 5.
Alternatively, indulge in a special edition of their Sunday Champagne brunch ($178 with free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut) at Brasserie Les Saveurs, as Macchia will be presenting his signature dishes on May 6.
