The Moluccas Room has opened at Marina Bay Sands, featuring executive chef Alicia Tivey’s contemporary Indonesian cuisine. 
Chow down on sate ayam Madura (chicken stay skewers, $22) and Angus steak rendang ($35), as well as unique interpretations like confit Sakura ayam tuturaga (chicken confit dressed with a Sulawesi spiced-curry, $28) and gula melaka ice cream ($8).
