This noodle hawker stall is collaborating with a fancy Telok Ayer restaurant

Post-10pm eating just got very exciting with the launch of Moosehead’s supper series. For the first edition, they are teaming up with the hipster noodle stall at Amoy Street Food Centre, A Noodle Story, for only one night on Nov 4.

Why is this so exciting? A Noodle Story snagged the Bib Gourmand award, earlier this year in the Singapore Michelin guide. Known for their slightly pricier wonton noodles, topped with fancy ingredients. They are collaborating with the Mediterranean bistro, Moosehead, whose gorgeous vegetables, small plates and grilled meats we’ve been ga-ga about forever.

Get ready for droolsome dishes like the bacon-wrapped wonton (inspired by Moosehead’s bacon-wrapped dates), poached wontons in mushroom dashi and deep-fried shrimp wontons with garlic miso dip. The showstopper of the night is the Inka-roasted char siew, giving new life to this traditional dish as the pork is sous vide for 36-hours with soya sauce and honey. Wash it all down with their ice tea which is spiked with rum or the classic Milo that is ice blended with Amaretto.

The menu is available post-10pm.
