Chef Lino Sauro of contemporary fine dining restaurant Gattopardo has launched casual dining concept Morsi & Sorsi (which translates to ‘sips and bites’) for those who want an affordable, quick, and tasty bite in the CBD area.
The main highlight of the menu is ‘stuzzichini’—traditional Italian street food. Watch chef Lino and his team whip up creations like beef lasagna ($13), toasted panini with parma ham, mozzarella, rucola and tomato ($13) and the buffalo mozzarella platter ($23) in the open-concept kitchen.
A small selection of cold and hot tapas (from $5) is also on offer, and the drinks menu features both an international range, as well as Italian labels like Peroni beer ($8), Italian wine by the glass ($8) and cocktails like Bellini ($10).
