Mumbai-based chef Vikram Arora is set to cook at One-Ninety at the Four Seasons Singapore from now through October 27.
They’ve flown in Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai chef Vikram Arora who’s crafted a delish nine-course degustation menu ($88) that starts with a more refined version of popular street snack pani puri, crunchy puffs served with mint-tamarind water.
Hightlights include the oven-baked Chilean sea bass with mint-coriander chutney, as well as an unusual and spicy Lucknawi specialty of finely-minced lamb.
There’s also a vegetarian menu ($68) for those who prefer.
